Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest using an alternative address.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the order price. You may be subject to pay import duty taxes and/or VAT on high value or large orders. These charges are your responsibility.
Unfortunately, these charges are out of our control, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, please get in touch with your local customs office to determine what these charges may be.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping period, please inform us via email@example.com
Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing which is unfortunately out of our control.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
Please note some orders may be sent out in multiple parts. If this is the case, you will receive multiple dispatch emails with multiple tracking numbers.
CAN I CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email us with your name and order number as soon as possible if you want to make changes or cancel your order.
If your order has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
