RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Enzoh accepts returns and exchanges on any full priced and sales item(s) within 14 days of successful delivery.
Items do not have to be returned to our facility within 14 days however the return process must be initiated within 14 days of successful delivery.
For all returns and exchanges please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and inquiry.

FAULTY / INCORRECT / EXCHANGE / UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you believe your order is faulty, incorrect, requires an exchange or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible within 14 days of successful delivery with your name, order number and inquiry / fault and we will get this issue solved for you.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and must not smell of perfume/odor or have any cosmetic marks.
If your item is not received in its original condition, a refund or store credit will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.
We reserve the right to reject your return if it does not comply with the requirements listed above.
All returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) and a refund/exchange/store credit is processed on all returned items.
We encourage you to use a tracked form of shipping as Enzoh is not responsible for lost packages during transit.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Store credit is valid for up to 6 months.
