How long do I have to Return or Exchange my order?
Enzoh accepts returns and exchanges on any full priced and sales item(s) within 14 days of successful delivery.
Items do not have to be returned to our destination within 14 days however the return process must be initiated within 14 days of successful delivery.
For all returns and exchanges please contact us on email@example.com with your name, order number and inquiry.
A returns address will be provided via email.

Faulty Items / Sizing Issues & Exchanges / Unhappy with your order
If you believe your item is faulty, does not fit and require an exchange or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your name, order number and inquiry / fault.
Conditions Of Return
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and must not smell of perfume/odor or have any cosmetic marks.
If your item is not received in its original condition, a refund or store credit will not be issued and your item will be returned to you.
We reserve the right to reject your return if it does not comply with the requirements listed above.
All returns are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) and a refund is processed on all returned items.
We encourage you to use a tracked form of shipping as Enzoh is not responsible for lost packages during transit.
Return costs are reimbursed. The customer remains responsible until the item is received by Enzoh.
Store credit is valid for up to 6 months.
